- When you order from Focus Kite Designs you get a custom kite that is built for YOU. Each kite is 100% hand built in Wilmington NC.
- When you order we will contact you to make sure all details are correct for your kite.
- When we are ready to start your order, we will setup a kickoff call to chat and discuss any details.
- Once we start you will receive photos and videos of the build process.
- Once complete you kite will be hand signed, specially packaged, and shipped to the address you direct us to ship it.
- Once you have your kite, we will be here for any questions you might have. We will be sure to follow up with you after delivers to make sure the kite meets your expectation.
