For 2010, we decided to give the Skate a fresh, new look. We also made the spine and leading edges two piece so they you can now fold the Skate to almost half its length. This allows you to take the Skate with you even easier than before so you can get flying sessions no matter where you go! The only other thing we could think of to improve on the previous Skate was the tensioning on the tail, so we redesigned it to a more user friendly system.
Tweak its performance by adding or removing weight in the integrated nose pocket, optimizing it for the circumstances. More weight will make it a glider, less weight will make it a kite.
The Skate is made out of the light weight micro carbon rods and spinnaker polyester to create an optimum mix of lightness and durability.
